Effect:

This command increases the designated amount (number) of absolutism for the country you're currently playing. If you input a country tag as an additional argument, the increase in absolutism will apply to the mentioned country instead. You can also use negative values if your intention is to reduce a country's absolutism.

This command allows you to add a designated amount of administrative power to the country identified by the given country tag. If you don't mention a country tag, the administrative power boost will apply to the nation you're currently playing. If you don't provide a specific amount, the command will default to adding 999 administrative power.

This command creates an admiral with the specified fire, shock, maneuver, and siege rating to the specified country.

This command enables or disables AI for the target country. If no country is specified, then all nations will be affected.

This debug command tells the AI to reassess all premeditated army movements, proving handy when conditions have shifted but the game isn't updating correspondingly. If a country tag is included, the army of the designated country will undergo reevaluation.

Additionally, if a filename is provided as a second argument (for example, example.txt), a log of the reevaluation process will be saved to this file, which can subsequently be located in your game's installation directory.

Effect:

This debug command will print debug data for the AI budget relating to the country you are playing as. Useful for debugging issues related to AI budgets.

This debug command triggers a comprehensive reassessment of all region assignments for the AI managing your present country. Should a country tag be provided as an argument, this command will be enforced on the country associated with that tag.

This command prints to the "ai.log" file a list of all invalid Artificial Intelligence (AI) commands that have occurred within the game up until that point.

This cheat will annex the country with the specified tag for either your own country or a specified country.

This console command adjusts the drill level of all subordinate units to the given value, with the maximum level set at 100. If you include a specific country tag as a secondary argument, the drill level of that tagged country will be altered. If no country tag is specified, the command will affect the country that you're currently playing.

This command will add the specified amount of army professionalism to a specified country tag.

This console command assimilates the province with the specified ID. When a province is assimilated, ownership is switched over (to the assimilating country), it is cored, and both its culture and religion are changed to that of the assimilating country. If you do not specify a country tag as an argument, the country you are playing as will assimilate, otherwise, the country with the specified tag will assimilate the province.

This command enables you to increase your own nation's authority by a certain amount or the authority of another country if a specific tag is provided. Inputting negative values will result in a reduction of authority.

debug_achievements

Effect:

This command enables popups for achievements, for debugging purposes. When this command is used, it activates the ingame achievement list and makes its icon look like an ironman game. The list will show all achievements for which the starting conditions were fulfilled at the moment when the command was used(this differs from the behavior in an ironman game which only checks the conditions at the start of the campaign).

Command:

Effect:

This command clears all achievements and user statistics. It is not advised to use this command because all earned achievements will be removed from the player's Steam account as well as other stores.

This command will log income and expenditure for all countries. This may make the game slower.
