The default value is 999, meaning if you use the command without specifying a value, your country will receive 999 diplomatic power.

In-Depth Description

The bird_mana command in Europa Universalis IV is a cheat code that is used to gain diplomatic power. The default value for this command is 999, meaning that when used, it will grant you 999 diplomatic power points.

Diplomatic power, or diplo power, is one of the three types of power in EU4 along with administrative and military power.

They are essentially the main currencies of the game, used to perform various tasks, develop your nation, and implement policies.

Diplomatic power points in EU4 are particularly important for things such as diplomatic actions (such as alliances, war declaration, peace treaties, etc.), hiring explorers and conquistadors, researching diplomatic technologies, developing your provinces to increase trade and production, and embracing cultural shifts.

With this in mind, you would use the bird_mana command when you're in need of a significant boost to your diplomatic power.

It allows you to quickly gain enough points to immediately perform a diplomatic action or research that you otherwise wouldn't be able to afford.
