Quick Overview

The sword_mana command in Europa Universalis IV gives the player a certain amount of military power.

The default value is 999, which means when this command is executed without specifying a number, the player will automatically receive 999 military power.

Military power is a type of monarch power which can be spent on things like technology, ideas, or certain actions related to the military.

In-Depth Description

This command, when used, provides the player with a specific amount of military power points, depending on the value entered after the command.

If no value is entered after the command, it defaults to a boost of 999 military power points.

For example, if you type sword_mana 500 into the console, you will receive 500 military power points.

Military power is one of the three primary forms of 'mana' or power resources in EU4, alongside administrative power and diplomatic power.

It is used primarily for actions including recruiting and maintaining military leaders, researching military technology, and using certain military-focused national decisions and events.

Having a surplus of military power can be beneficial in various ways, such as allowing you to technology up faster, hire more qualified military leaders, or reform your military faster, which can all contribute significantly to your nation's strength on the battlefield.
