This command adds tribal development to the federation.
The Europa Universalis IV command tribal_development
is used to increment the tribal development level of a nation that is in a Native Council by 1 in all categories: administrative, diplomatic, and military.
This command adds incremental development in these categories: administrative (adm), diplomatic (dip), and military (mil), to the current country if it is in a Native Council. The development value for each level in all the aforementioned categories is always 1 and this can't be altered.
This can be particularly handy for players controlling Native nations, who wish to enhance their nation's development levels but may be lacking the necessary points to do so naturally. It can be used anytime during the game as long as the country is in a Native Council.
