This command creates or destroys a great project.

The great_project command in Europa Universalis IV allows players to instantly create or remove a specific Great Project in the game.
Great Projects are large-scale structures that provide significant boosts to a province or entire nation, such as canals, universities, or palaces. The player must specify the type and location of the Great Project they wish to create or destroy when they enter this command.
If a Great Project of the specified type already exists in the location, it will be destroyed. Otherwise, a new Great Project of that type will be created at the location.
In EU4, cheats are executed from the command console, a text box that you type commands into.
To open the command console press the ~(tilde) key, which is typically located under ESC (escape).
If your keyboard does not have that key, or pressing ~ does not work, try the following keys:
Type your command into the console, and then press ENTER .
