The debug_budgettag command in Europa Universalis IV is used to monitor and record the economic transactions of a specific tag, or country, within the game.
When this command is executed, the game will generate a log of the income and expenses associated with that tag, allowing the player or developer to closely track the financial activities and economic status of that country.
In EU4, cheats are executed from the command console, a text box that you type commands into.
To open the command console press the ~(tilde) key, which is typically located under ESC (escape).
