Sets the progress of harmonizing the religion or religious group a Confucian nation is currently working on. Completing harmonization grants tolerance and bonuses, so this advances it instantly.

How do you use the harmonization command in EU4?
Open the console with the grave (`) key while in-game, type harmonization followed by its parameters, then press Enter. The console can't be opened in Ironman games.

No. The console is disabled in Ironman games, so harmonization can't be entered. Because achievements are only earned in Ironman, console commands like harmonization can't be used to unlock them.
