How do you use the msg command in EU4?
Open the console with the grave (`) key while in-game, type msg, then press Enter. The console can't be opened in Ironman games.

Does the msg command require any DLC?
No. msg is part of the base game and works without any DLC.
Can you use msg in Ironman mode?
