War exhaustion is a measure of the negative effects on your nation of being involved in prolonged military conflict.

It is a significant aspect of the game as it impacts various factors such as the morale of your armies, the ability to recruit troops, stability, and public order.

The exhaust command allows you to instantly increase or decrease your war exhaustion level to a desired value, and its impacts can be seen immediately.
