What happens
The Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, has proposed three major financial innovations. The first is a national bank, which Hamilton argues is most important in order to reach the three goals he has set for the United States:\nEstablish financial order, clarity and precedence in and of the newly formed United States.\nEstablish credit—both in country and overseas—for the new nation.\nTo resolve the issue of the fiat currency, issued by the Continental Congress immediately prior to and during the United States Revolutionary War — the 'Continental'.
