What happens
Despite the generous amount of literate individuals around our urban environments, for centuries the rights to granting doctorate degrees were exclusively and zealously guarded by the nobility. With the construction of the first state-funded faculties of high education, we are now able to elevate our citizens' access to education and grant doctorate certification.
