Le Prisonnier de Hollande

After years of, if not friendship at least friendly cooperation, the Dutch have begun to act more hostile towards us. We have received reports that they are seeking friends abroad among our enemies and that they intend to limit our influence in the Lowlands. While this is ungrateful it is perhaps also rather well timed. Without our goodwill to protect them the Lowlands would make a fine addition to our kingdom.
