What happens
The Seasonal rains have hit us unusually hard this year. As the Yellow River levees break and homes are washed away the sky itself seems to be weeping for our dynasty. In the provinces rumors have begun to circulate that this catastrophe is a sign of the loss of the Mandate of Heaven and the iminent collapse of the our nation Empire.
