What happens
An influential proponent of the military at court has harbored a dark secret. For some time, the courtier in question has been under the influence of an ever worsening and consuming opium addiction. Despite flagrant rumors circulating this Eunuch insists that the matter be kept under a lid. He promises that he will try to reform his ways, and to try to practice moderation in the future.
