What happens
As more and more unbacked notes are being issued by the Imperial government our Offices of Trade are fearing that inflation will soon be a growing problem in the our Empire and in the provinces the people have started talking about this being a sign of us losing the Mandate of Heaven.\nA representative arrived at court today proposing a scheme to reinvigorate the imperial economy by means of a temporary tax combined with reforms to the treasury.
