What happens
Our weakening grip over the empire and the increasingly popular notion that we are losing the Mandate of Heaven has given rise to a variety of Millenarian movements around the country. Remembering the last days of Yuan rule our officials are categorizing these sects as members of the 'White Lotus' society but in truth it seems there is a great disparity in their motivations.\nWhat they do have in common, however, is the goal of disruption chaos and the overthrowing of our established and perceived oppressive rule.
