What happens
One of our Field Marshals has been caught red-handed siphoning off funds intended for our defenses. He is a disgrace to his family and for himself. This his ill conceived deed has severely hurt the defensive capabilities of the forts in our nation and our nation, causing the Empire of China to appear weak.
