What happens
A scourge has hit a country who is in a union with us, a scourge of mad men and women armed with whatever weapons they could find. Enraged by the loyalists' behavior, they have risen! Instead of enforcing the bond between us, the loyalists have managed to harm the country and cause rebels to show their ugly mugs.
