What happens
their ruler their ruler of the other nation sent us manpower and subsidized our army, but in these peaceful times there have been no need for soldiers. Instead of idling around doing nothing than train, eat and sleep, we have put them to use. They have been building roads and buildings, clean town squares from litter and garbage and other meaningful tasks that would otherwise take more time and money that our nation has not.
