What happens
Our embargoes against our rivals are not working as well as we had hoped them to, and one reason might be that one of our vassals is still trading with them! They are smuggling goods back and forth and thus interfering with our goals and making us appear weak. The smuggling is very minor, but could become very damaging to us.\nOn the other hand powerful business interests would be willing to pay for ignoring the smuggling.

When this event fires, Our Vassal's Smugglers presents these options:
- Force them to stop the smuggling, now!
- They may continue this small endeavor.
