What happens
Having taken care to appoint trustworthy people to important positions, we have coincidentally ended up with many of the our ruler's close relatives as local rulers. While this affords us more control over how our policies are implemented in the nation, the people of our capital are claiming to suffer under an incompetent mayor. In their eyes, our nation is returning to a time when power was determined by family ties, and they are paying the price.
