What happens
The army can be quite resistant to change, and our ruler is not very well versed in military matters. Fortunately, they employs people who are, and they have begun to quite appreciate their superior's lack of directions. Army leadership is now requesting more and more freedom in which decisions to make, and while this seemed like a good idea initially, losing control over our nation's military would be a serious blow to the office of our ruler.
