What happens
A group of pirates recently approached one of our privateers, requesting our support in their efforts to plunder and pillage. Of course, once they have our backing, our own ships would be safe from them. Apparently, they are especially interested in raiding the trade routes of the other nation, since they seem to have presented the same offer to the their their ruler and been rejected and insulted in response.
