What happens
A messenger from the other nation has arrived. Unlike many diplomatic envoys, he speaks not of the similarities between our tribes, but of the differences: How we remain wandering the world, while they have built permanent settlements in their capital. Apparently, they believe these differences mean we have much to gain from trading what our different customs yield, both insights and goods.
