What happens
Bravery is a valued trait among our warriors, and this is reflected in many of our traditions. One such is counting coups, recording acts of courage in battle, which serve both to mark our greatest soldiers and to inspire new recruits. However, since we put to the task of reforming our army, they have been questioning this practice, calling for our military to focus on more practical goals and efficiency in killing our enemies.
