What happens
At long last, much of Anatolia is once again held by us. Many of those territories have had their traditional Ottoman Timars kept in place to ensure stability and ease the administration. Having essentially eliminated the Ottoman State though, we can turn the attention to them and finally decide what to do with their lands and their past service to the Sultans.
Player choices
When this event fires, Memories of Manzikert presents these options:
- Let the Timar holders retain their lands.
- Grant the lands to Greek pronoiars.
- Let us reverse the Devshirme on them.
