What happens
The fort of Sant'Andrea was constructed in 1545 to guard the main entrance to Venice from the Adriatic. The fort was designed by famous architect Michiel Sanmicheli. He was probably the only Italian architect in the century with the opportunity to see Greek architecture, as he traveled around the Greek possessions of the Venetian Republic. The fortress stood as protection for Venice for over three hundred years.\nWhat shall we do?
