What happens
After the great revolt, the our ruler has come to the realization that the commoners are to be feared rather than pitied. As such the will to tighten the bonds of the serfs to their masters has grown in the minds of the our ruler and their ruling subjects. Any wish to emancipate the peasant has been crushed as the economy of our nation depends heavily on the serfdom, and a change of this system would put the our nation into disorder.
