Establishment of Rostov-on-Don

Trade is one of the lifelines of our nation. This is especially true if the trade in question is done with one of the other great powers such as the Ottomans.\nour ruler our ruler recognized it first and established a fortification several kilometers away from Azov in order to control the trade with the Ottomans. Over the years, Azov lost its importance while Rostov-on-Don rises to become the lead center of commerce.
