What happens
As the our troops rally to the court in our capital, concerns of our administration have been revealed. War is inevitable for our country and the state will grow as new territory gets conquered. Our advisors fear that the administration might not keep up with our ambitions and military might and wish to change it.\nBy focusing less on permanence of our claims we would have more resources for fabricating and managing potentially more claims than the military could ever dream to conquer. Of course such reforms are not favored by all of our advisors, and it is up to our our ruler to decide.
