What happens
Whilst Poland is filled with numerous cities, none of them stand out like Krakow and Warsaw do. Both are considered to be the pinnacle of Polish city building, but we must make a decision as to which one we should focus on.

When this event fires, Cities of Poland presents these options:
- Krakow shall serve as our industrial city.
- People will flock to Warsaw for war.
