Corrupt Governor in

The governor the crown placed in charge of tax collection in our nation appears to have been quite overzealous in his taxation of the people; pocketing a sizeable sum for himself. While he has already been removed from power and his ill-gotten gains already dispersed amongst the barmen and whores of our capital, the question remains as to whether or not the our ruler should repay the people of our nation out of their personal treasury.
