What happens
In the Streltsy the state has acquired a reliable source of professional infantry. In order to administrate their permanent service the state needs to keep an efficient bureaucracy. If we expanded the Streletsy Prikaz we could more quickly and efficiently organize, train and provision larger numbers of Streltsy. Some would caution that there is a cost to emphasizing speed, however.
