What happens
With the end of Royal Absolutism, a new government based on liberal principals emerged. However, continuing instability and attempts by the monarchy to reassert absolutism have radicalized the situation. The government has now switched to being outright revolutionary and the Bourbon monarch has been beheaded. The rest of Europe is shocked.
