What happens
our ruler's strict enforcement and views regarding ethical conduct and corruption has helped make our state a more honest place. It is also not earning their many friends among our administrators and clerks. While we have deterred from taking bribes many are actively working to slow down the cogs of the government machinery through all the means available to them.
