What happens
The rapid spread of Protestantism has alarmed many of our ruler our ruler's staunchly Catholic councillors. To prevent it from spreading to our lands, they have drawn up a set of regulations that forbid heretical teachings in our lands and combat religious deficiencies among both the Bavarian bishops and our subjects.
