What happens
An individual has come before the our ruler, insisting that he must be heard. According to him, he was employed in service to the their ruler and has learnt information of vital interest to both us and the other nation. Claiming to be our patriot, he now offers us his services along with information, which according to him was expertly gleaned from the innermost circles of the their court and brought to us at considerable risk to his life.
