What happens
As we are not in a Federation anymore, it makes little sense to our people to practice its rules of government anymore. The oldest members of our community are full of wisdom that will help our tribe to thrive, and they shall advise us as part of the council. Diverging voices will raise, as expected, but eventually the call will be in our ruler's hands.
