What happens
Our administration is screaming for more officials than our yearly examinations can produce. Some of our ministers have suggested that we should increase the quota, allowing more to succeed so that we can fill our ranks more quickly.\nThe Grand Secretary cautions, however, that we risk the integrity of the examination process itself if we start allowing anyone but the best to pass the examinations.
