Janissary Coup

Great commotion was abound in our capital today as the Janissaries, long discontent with what they see as the misrule of the empire by the our ruler, rejected the bread given by our ruler and overturned their cauldrons in the central square. The Janissaries claim that our ruler is a disgrace to the House of Osman, that they has made the Sheikh-ul-Islam his personal puppet and that he aims to destroy the military strength of the empire.\nThe Janissaries have now moved quickly to seize control over the government and have secured the support of many of the other political groups of the capital. While they is still alive our ruler is no longer in control of their empire.
