What happens
The priests of a minor Huaca god in our nation have been trying to inflame opinions against our rule by saying that we are slowly attempting to increase the authority of Inti and marginalize that of all the Huaca Gods. Luckily most of our subjects know better than to listen to these wild accusations but one of our nation's tribes supports the priests and have now demanded that we give them guarantees for the safety of their Gods and their people.
