Planning for the End

Throughout your life as a follower of Ganga, you have seen many pass on and go through their funeral rites, which sometimes involve water from the sacred river. You have lived long enough to think about your own mortality and how one day, your body will die and your spirit ascend to the heavens.\n\nYou hope that your death will occur close to the goddess, on the banks of the river. However, no mortal can know when their life will end, so you can only hope. You would at least want your salvation ensured by having your ashes spread in Ganges, so that the goddess can aid you in death as she did in life.
