Competition for the our ruler

As our ruler has yet to name a favorite among his consorts every one of them is maneuvering to take their rightful place alongside the Sultan. The Imperial Harem is rife with intrigue and right now making a well informed choice for the position of Haseki Sultan, one of the highest honors imaginable in the empire would seem all but impossible. Luckily our ruler's mother has a firm grip on the politics of the Harem and has presented our ruler with a consort she feels would be a good candidate.
