Separation of the Harem from State

Although violent and bloody, our ruler managed to separate the Imperial Harem from all political affairs of the state for good. The harem's task is the assurance of a new heir while the Sultan shall lead his country from the horse once again.\nThough this separation from family and state has a drastic consequence: future heirs are limited to learn from their father and have to rely on the advice of their mothers and confidantes. As such, it is no longer a guarantee that future Sultans act in the interests of the Empire when their time comes to rule.
