What happens
One of our colonial rivals in South America has sent help to the Tupis hoping to help them destroy our colonies there. Clearly they have no business meddling in our affairs or indeed the continent of South America itself. In the colonies enterprising representatives of our state are coming up with ways to use this meddling as an excuse to seize colonies of for ourselves.
