What happens
The Serbian government has approached us, requesting that we cede our nation to them. They remind us that we have twice honored Serbian friendship with the cessation of this city to them, in earlier times, and that to do so again would simply follow established tradition. Naturally, they would be overjoyed if we accepted their request, and furious if we refused.

When this event fires, Serbian Obligations presents these options:
