What happens
Spain has chosen to expel the Moors that still resided within her borders. Large numbers of Andalusian Moorish refugees have therefore been arriving in our ports, asking to be let into our country. While it pains us that these of people had to leave their homes this may well be a blessing for our kingdom. Most of the refugees are city dwellers, craftsmen, scholars, artists and administrators. Precisely the kind of people our own cities have a great shortage of after the great crisis of the Maghreb.
