What happens
The city of Jenné was once a vassal of the our nation Empire. However, our decline resulted in their independence and the citizens of the trade city have become used to it. Naturally, our justified reconquest of their city was not appreciated by the residents. They armed themselves to the teeth and demand their independence back!
