What happens
Some say that he was born a Muslim and some a Hindu, to the man itself it matters little. A Sant from a poor weaver's caste in Varanasi has risen to unprecedented levels of popularity. Kabir's poems are an attack against useless dogmas, the caste system and the Hindu and Muslim clergy. For Kabir the divine is formless and over-regulated religious customs only bring us farther from it.
