What happens

The Hundred Years' War begun in 1337 due to a dispute between our throne and the English house of Plantagenet. During the past century, the war grew in scale and scope, enveloping at times various factions of Western Europe. Recently, the tide has turned, granting our troops the upper hand in reconquering long-lost land from the accursed English king, who now cowers across the Channel. The coming of Joan of Arc and her legendary valor inspired our nation to push ahead with the war effort despite our then-disadvantaged position. Military leaders like Jean Bureau and Jean de Dunois will certainly route the remaining English influence away from European shores and back from whence they came!
